Various Changes
A short list of tweaks as a result of the armor, envirosuit, and force changes.
Another round of updates to weed out some issues necessary from the recent armor, force, and envirosuit changes.
- The Fortify feat no longer grants an armor bonus. This brings it back into line with where it was before the recent combat changes; it still reduces incoming damage by 20%.
- Salvation can now be cast to refresh its duration if you already have it.
- Dispel Force now has a chance to fail at dispelling each force effect. This chance is roughly equal to the success rate of other offensive force abilities.
- Fixed a bug where holotransmitters stopped working at all in ships, but now portable holotransmitters now only work if a player is in their room. Non-portable ones continue to work without a player in the room.
- Thief mobs will no longer steal credits from vendors.
- The CR-90's tractor beam now works on both envirosuits and normal ships.
