This is a short post of a few small code changes with the latest copyover.

• Incapacited or sleeping players will no longer see messages about ships and turbolifts, among other things.
• Holotransmitters in a ship viewport room will now broadcast messages about what's happening in the system, but only if they are preset by staff, to prevent them from being placed on uncrewed ships as cameras.
• You can now delete force ghosts and CG characters. CG characters must be in the CG starting room to delete.
• When a character is deleted, an entry will now be shown in the inductlog with a marker "(OOC: Deleted)".
• Deletion messages have been updated: No "splatters blood on you" message, and rather than creating a corpse, it leaves behind "a crate of CharacterName's belongings".
