Pirate damage, ship ownership, and more alterations.

  • Fighters will now consistently be set to unowned when their owner dies. For a long time, they have usually (but not always) remained owned by the dead person, but this was accidental and due to some code complexity which I've removed. We may consider other changes to ship ownership on death in the future.
  • The radio autopilot config now actually has other autopiloted ships owned by the same name assist in a fight when possible. This works for personally owned ships or clan-owned ships, as long as the owners match and both ships have autopilot on.
  • Special ships can now be configured to fire weapons faster, recharge shields faster, or have shipdodge to make them a better match for players in advanced scenarios.
  • Two ships orbiting the same planet can now fire at each other instead of getting the "you must be facing your target" error.
  • Damage dealt to pirate ships is no longer tripled. As a result of this and the earlier adjustments to autopilot use of ion weapons, all existing pirate ships will be rebalanced to hopefully be about as hard as they used to be.
  • Fixed the bug causing shuttles to get stuck at coordinates 0, 0, 0 if they were in space when a copyover happened.
  • Planet criminal mobs will no longer steal credits from vendors or other safe mobs.
  • Fixed a bug causing police for landing pads to eventually wander into rooms with only a valid north exit. They should now stay on their pads.
