Restringable Tattoos
A set of tattoos have been added that are fully restringable
I have some bad news for everyone. I had to revert change 2146 so that the tribal tattoo is no longer wearable in more than one slot but I do have some good news!
The Tattoo Artist now carries restringable tattoos for every layerable slot. These tattoos are statless, but hopefully it gives you all some more customization options. Just make sure you restring them before wearing them!

P.S. The foot tattoo currently layers with socks. I didn't want to change all the socks owned by players in the game currently, so I'll see if Ralen will make socks one layer higher tomorrow.
