Changes to the way stats show with showplanet
Visibility of another clan's opinion/military numbers on a planet was previously based on whether they were set to hide stats (like leadership, funds, etc), but this was a bit of an oversight.
Going forward, you can view the opinion and military values for a clan using "showplanet ai" if:
- You are in that clan OR
- That clan is the current owner of the planet
This means, for example, that the Empire could not see the current values for the Rebels on an Empire-controlled planet, but could view them for a Rebel-controlled planet, and vice-versa. The idea behind hiding it a bit more is to make it feasible for people to quietly do some prep work for upcoming UFG windows without the planet's current government knowing quickly by watching showplanet from the safety of their base. Since you can always view exact numbers by going to a planet and using smalltalk, it will pay off to visit and check on planets if you suspect they may be assaulted in the near future.
