More Space Changes
Another string of updates for the space combat changes
Dodge effectiveness now scales with ship size. Where frigates were dodging 80% of a cruiser's shots before, they should now dodge closer to 20%. Starfighters will dodge more to make squadrons viable.
The maneuver stat is now a significant contributor to dodge effectiveness.
To further define the role of each ship weapon, turbolasers are dramatically less likely to hit small ships, lasers and ions have average accuracy, and autoblasters have great accuracy against all targets, but only at short range.
Space combat 3 now matters! You'll need all three space combat skills to hit at full accuracy.
