A few more minor bug fixes and improvements.
Fixed a bug with vendors not counting the number of inventory items correctly.
Fixed a bug with newdatamem not counting empty slots correctly.
Added a message to warinfo when no planets are in the game.
Newdatamem has a "reply" feature now, thanks for the suggestion drago!
datanet -r now works correctly with the short syntax, thank you Wash!
datanet list and copy no longer have their help info confused, thanks Wash
Someone...noted that OOC discord shows up in silence rooms, which to be honest
makes sense. Regular OOC now also shows up in silence rooms.
