A small set of code changes on 1/17/2022
- The config command has been updated to group settings by category and remove some obsolete or unused options.
- Many messages about ship actions are now shown immediately rather than being held for up to 2 seconds. This was some prep work for larger internal changes to how we queue up and merge spammy space output, but for now the impact is that you'll see things like changing course, speeding up, slowing down, entering / exiting hyperspace as they happen rather than after an unpredictable delay.
