Changes to Mandalorian levels for science and pilots
Piloting mains' piloting level goes from 135 to 150 Combat mains receive +10 piloting, +5 engineering, and +5 medical to set them apart from Leader/Combat combos.
This change should retroactively apply to all existing Mandalorians, but shoot us an immchat if something feels off
