A reminder about setting up logs

While we don't normally talk about RPC cases, there have been some glaring issues coming up lately that need to be addressed as a whole. There is a serious problem with people not having their logs setup properly or simply not logging at all. I just want to remind all of you that it's imperative that you have your logs setup. Not having logs does a few things: It causes the RPC to go through the log viewer digging for your statements to prove what you said was true, which can sometimes be taken out of context, and other times that opens them up to seeing IC data that they normally shouldn't due to the nature of the log viewer searching. We try to shield the RPC from any information that isn't relevant to the case, and you not having logs is counter-intuitive of that. The other problem that occurs is that what might be a legal perm can be overturned because RPC can only vote on the data provided to them. They aren't going to prove your perm for you.

You're the permer. Responsibility falls on you to prove the perm.

With that said, check your logs and make sure they are actually working as intended. I'll be adding some documentation to the website soon to help walk people through setting up logging on Mushclient and Mudlet.
