Join the Staff
We're looking to bring on another member of the staff!
Are you an enthusiastic member of the Legends of the Jedi community who wants to take a more active role in making this game a fun place? We're looking to add more immortals to our staff who help run the game day-to-day, guide the overarching roleplay plot, and work on new features!
Obviously a passion for the game is important. Beyond that, having a good attitude and being able to act professional is key: we're a volunteer team, and we need to be able to work together. A good track record of being a positive community member is clutch, and RPC experience is always a plus.
Running LOTJ is like a jigsaw puzzle, and it's important for us to know what each potential staff member brings to the table: we're looking for individuals who have specific skills beyond PR/moderation housekeeping like event creators, SWR/SMAUG builders, LUA and traditional C coders, and more. The more detail and ideas you have, the better.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the game in a positive way that helps grow the community
* Help the staff plan and implement new content
* Help administrators keep the mud advancing along
* Answer player questions and fix their problems in a timely and courteous manner
LOTJ is a totally volunteer-run game, and thus we make sure we put IRL lives ahead of the game. We do NOT have mandatory time commitments for the staff, but it's important for us to have a general sense of your availability.
