Era 3 Developments
Developments for Era 3 have been opened publicly.
Developments are now open!
A few notes:
- HELP DEVLIST has been revamped with more details and updated guidance about how we decide what to approve. We've had a lot of developments earlier this timeline which required new code, but that's always based on coder availability and appetite for introducing more changes to mechanics within the timeline. For this era, we'll probably be more restrictive with development ideas which would require new code. (A lot is possible with lua progs now, though.)
- Because we have more clans and the pace of development work has been tough to keep up with, for this era we'll use a 3 week cooldown (instead of the usual 2 weeks) between delivery of a development and beginning your next one.
- The development cost ceiling remains set at 85 million.
