Cybernetics System Revamp
A change to how cybernetics function in game
I've entirely rewritten how cybernetics work!
For the time being, you as a player should not notice anything different (in fact, please TELL ME if you do notice anything weird).
However, this new system adds a builder interface for cybers so that they are no longer entirely hard coded into the MUD.
This can open up interesting possibilities like for example, cybers that modify multiple stats rather than just one. Or perhaps cybers that have some kind of interesting lua code attached.
For the purposes of testing in the sandbox, all existing cybers will sadly need to be re-installed. If your cyber does not have the outcome you expected, please let me know ASAP so I can fix it.

P.S. If you go to Ryloth, you can buy a special new Rojan-class cyber that will give you +5 dex, and -2 str...interesting, eh?
