      So, basically the idea is to have an intercom system within clan base like they have on a ship. This would allow anyone with a clan empowerment (to prevent abuse) to be able to make announcements within the clan base itself. Any opinions?

      With something like that, I would just sit around all day and make Arc Hammer type announcements just to amuse myself. God knows I need more amusement. /thumbsup

      it would make more sense if this was restricted to ‘intercom’ nodes placed around the clan base. If it could bypass “network disrupt” it would be great, forcing someone to rush towards the closest intercom button to sound the alarms adds a bit of depth.

      Can be heard from anywhere within, activated by a few nodes only. Sounds good.

      Could just make it a structure thing.
