Arm

- Syntax: Arm (no argument)
Used for arming of various devices around the galaxy. The item must be held while arming. Rounds must be between 3 and 500. In case of accidental arming, just type 'arm' again with no arguments to disable the device. You can only disarm devices you yourself armed. One round is approximately one second.
