Nal Hutta Ferry naming concern fixed

Usually I make a point of not touching this area, but the following program
concern has been fixed: The Winter Palace ferry no longer shows other players
your real character name when embarking/disembarking.
 
PS The Lylek Queen did the same thing and is now fixed too.
