Several Bug Fixes

I've fixed a few more bugs you may notice:
   - Clan leaders can now modify ships without adding themselves as pilot
   - If you pirate a ship, you can now use its cargo commands.
   - While stunned you can no longer hear yells
   - While piloting, you no longer release when you move a direction
     that doesn't exist.
   - While posting on a terminal, you now see what number your message is.
 
 
There are also various under the hood fixes.
