New lightside force skill to counter obscure

Although largely unseen by the normal population, any jedi will be able to tell
you of the dark energies that pollute areas, clouds of concentrated dark side
presence that prevent some force activities from taking place. After years of
studying these presences, the jedi masters have devised a teaching to help
quell these presences. Known as 'force reveal' a Jedi Knight is able to
concentrate and focus in such a manner that drives the darkside from the area.
