I thought this would be a really cool idea. I like to be descriptive with everything, but let’s face it — everyone hates those item names that are a mile long. I propose some sort of description option for concealing armor, sort of like restring. The armor is given a description when it is made, and can be altered by engineers at a later point, as well, to accommodate for changes from person to person (perhaps even a command by the player?). It will give the character that description while concealed in that armor.
Example:
A being in rusted assault armor is standing here.
look being
Standing before you is a massive humanoid being, standing at approximately 2 meters tall. His identity seems to be completely hidden behind the scaled, rusted assault armor that plates every inch of his body. Scorch marks have singed the chest-plate to almost pure black. When he speaks, his voice comes through his helmet in a monotonous, modulated voice, which makes it difficult to determine the species of the being.
A being in rusted assault armor is slightly scratched.
A being in rusted assault armor is A being in rusted assault armor
I just thought it’d add a little more depth to the whole concealing/restrung armor thing. I know I’d love it! This is a pretty vague idea and outline of how it’d work, so if anyone has any better ideas to implement it, feel free to speak up.
